Run the whole property from one system
Reservations, the front desk, housekeeping, the ledger and payroll — with ZATCA e-invoicing and Ministry registration built in rather than bolted on.
Every filing the Kingdom asks for, handled by the same system that took the booking.
Whatever you run
One system, shaped to the property rather than the other way round.

The ledger is the same one the desk writes to
Every night the audit posts what was slept, the tax on it and the municipality fee, as journal entries that balance. There is no export step and no second set of books — the profit and loss on the dashboard is drawn from the entries the front office made that morning.
- Double-entry throughout, with every voucher reconcilable
- Municipality fee accrued and remitted, not left to grow
- VAT return prepared from the ledger rather than by hand

Arabic is not a translation layer
The interface mirrors properly in Arabic, guest names are kept in both scripts, dates read in Umm al-Qura Hijri where a Saudi reader expects them, and every amount is in riyals with the halalas intact.
- Right-to-left across every screen, not just the menus
- Hijri dates from the Umm al-Qura calendar
- Invoices and payslips issued in either language
What that means in practice
24h
to report a simplified invoice, which the system does for you
6
accounting reports, every one from the same journal entries
2
languages and two calendars, Hijri and Gregorian
0
exports between the front desk and the books
Got a question?
What does a plan actually include?
All of it. Every plan is the whole product — reservations, the front desk, housekeeping, accounting, payroll, ZATCA and Shomoos. What changes between plans is how much of it you need: hotels, rooms, employees and bookings a month.
Is ZATCA e-invoicing really included?
Yes, and not as an integration. Invoices are built as UBL 2.1 and signed with XAdES inside the same system that took the booking. A business buyer gets a standard invoice cleared with the Fatoora platform before it is issued; everyone else gets a simplified one reported within twenty-four hours.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Moving between plans swaps the subscription you already have rather than starting a second one, and the difference for the days remaining is charged or credited automatically.
How do I pay?
By card, which renews on its own, or by bank transfer against an invoice. A transfer is approved by us once the proof is uploaded, and the plan activates when the invoice is settled.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown before VAT, which is added at the Saudi standard rate on your invoice.
