Features
What the system does
Every part of it is in use by the same property at the same time — the folio the desk opens is the folio the ledger reads.
Front office
Availability by room type and view, rate plans priced per night, and a check-in that only offers rooms housekeeping has released. Guests can be moved mid-stay, and a booking that overstays is flagged rather than quietly unbilled.
ZATCA e-invoicing
Invoices built as UBL 2.1 and signed with XAdES. A business buyer gets a standard invoice cleared with the Fatoora platform before it is issued; everyone else gets a simplified one reported within twenty-four hours. Every copy carries the TLV QR, and credit and debit notes chain from the invoice they correct.
Accounting
A double-entry ledger the front desk writes to directly. Trial balance, balance sheet, profit and loss, general ledger, receipts and payments, and cash flow — each from the same journal entries, so no two reports can disagree.
People and payroll
Employees by department, salary runs with allowances and deductions, payslips, and the wages posted to the accounts they belong to. The WPS file the Ministry expects, and your Nitaqat band worked out from the headcount you actually employ.
Guests
One profile per guest across every stay, with their history, their requests and their documents. Registration with the Ministry of Interior at check-in, and retention handled to PDPL — kept while the law requires it, erased when it does not.
Operations
Housekeeping states and assignments, airport transfers with vehicles and drivers, meal plans and entitlements, purchasing and stock. The night audit posts what was slept, every night, without anybody remembering to.
